What if I am shipped the wrong item?

Simply keep your original invoice receipt, and contact our Customer Service Department at (540) 357-5980 or email us using the form on our Contact us page. We will give you instructions on how to ship it back, and get a refund or exchange.

What if the product gets damaged in transit?

You must contact the package carrier (Fedex, UPS,RPS, or UsPs) and file a claim with your tracking #.

What if the product is defective when I receive it?

Look at the manufacturers warranty for return or refund instructions.

What if I decide I don't want the product?

Contact our Customer Service Department.

-Return in original packaging
-Return within (30) days
-Copy of invoice must be enclosed with merchandise
-Enclose a brief letter of explanation

- Merchandise returned for exchange- will be charged a $10.00 exchange fee plus a shipping charge.

  Merchandise returned for refund- will be charged a 15% restocking fee - $3.00 minimum.
  All returns must be prepaid;
